Edward B. Anderson
When you first meet attorney Ed Anderson, you're struck by the clarity of his language and the easy precision of his conversation. With his understanding of the intricate workings of the law, it's no wonder that he and his wife collect antique watches and clocks. And it tells you a lot about what you can expect from Ed as your attorney - he's interested in the smallest details of your case; he's going to be direct, clear and timely in his communications; and he's going to use his experience in handling complex personal injury cases to fight for the best possible outcome on your claim.
With over 35 years of experience as a personal injury attorney, Ed is the most senior attorney at Gerling Law and those who know him will tell you that he remains as passionate and committed to helping people as he was when he earned his law degree in 1977.
Ed began his law career as the director of Child Support Division of the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's office. While prosecuting child support claims, he developed such a reputation for tenacity that Gary Gerling, founder of Gerling Law, recruited him to join Gerling Law in 1979. He's been at Gerling Law ever since, handling many of the firm's largest and most complex cases.
As a Gerling attorney, Ed has experience working with clients in all manner of serious personal injury cases, including wrongful death, significant brain injury claims, vehicle rollover cases, and cases against governmental offices.
