Last updated February 24, 2021 – The VA states they have temporarily closed all of their 56 regional offices for in-person visits due to COVID-19.  However, veterans and their families can still file claims for VA benefits online, by mail, or by fax. The VA is still processing veterans’ claims for benefits.
