Compensation And Benefits

Our health benefits programs include medical, dental and vision benefits, a flexible spending account plan, a health savings account program and an employee assistance program. Our welfare benefit programs include basic life and personal accident insurance, basic disability (short and long-term) insurance, voluntary group life insurance and voluntary personal accident insurance. Personal Injury Paralegal

Position responsibilities:

-Will be the primary contact for clients seeking assistance with personal injury claims

– Will be responsible for case management of large volume of clients; will monitor and assure case progress and success

– Will have substantial interaction with clients, insurance companies and doctor’s offices

– Will foster a relationship of trust and understanding, while serving as the point person for personal injury claims

– Will aid in the growth of practice, and help design and implement intake and case management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience with personal injury claims processing and case management

– Experience with collection and review medical records

– Knowledge of medical conditions and terminology

Required Qualifications:

– Strong communication skills

– Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe

– Ability to work under a heavy caseload and be self sufficient

– Administrative skills (copying, scanning, drafting legal memoranda and letters)

– Ability to keep deadlines, organize information, and create systems for managing work

– Self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems
