How Do We Collect Fees for Services?

Gerling Law operates on a No Recovery, No Fee basis.

What does that mean?

Gerling Law never charges a fee for an initial case review. If you would like to discuss your potential case with us, we’d be more than happy to talk with you about it at no cost.

Then, if you decide to have us handle your case, we will work with you on a contingency fee basis. That means you don’t have to pay us anything upfront or directly.

We get paid only at the end of your case and when your case ends successfully.

We will receive a percentage of the amount we recover for you. Before we begin to work with you, we’ll explain how this works, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

If your case is not successful, and you do not receive any kind of financial recovery, we will not charge you for the services we provided on your behalf. You’ll owe absolutely nothing.
