January 26, 2021 — In re: Roundup Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2741, N.D. Calif. — The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPMDL) on January 22, 2021 transferred six additional glyphosate cancer cases to the In re Roundup Products Liability Litigation MDL pending in California federal court. All of the plaintiffs contend that exposure to glyphosate, the active ingredient in the herbicide Roundup, caused them to develop various types of cancer such as non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and chronic myeloid lymphoma (CML).
