February 6, 2020 — On February 6, 2020, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation transferred over 140 Zantac lawsuits to Judge Robin Rosenberg in Miami under MDL No. 2924.  Since then, over 400 additional cases have joined MDL 2924.  Judge Rosenberg had not previously handled an MDL and was appointed by President Obama.
