2015 — Monsanto started collaborating with the EPA in 2015 allegedly in order to stall a potentially negative report being written by the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) according to documents.  ATSDR had announced its plans to publish its review of glyphosate just before the publishing of the World Health Organization’s (WHO’s) International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC)’s report in which glyphosate was classified as a probable human carcinogen.
